Anello antico a toppa in oro 18K e argento con diamanti, primi anni del '900 ACategoria_a_Anelli while the head is decoratedImportant antique patch ring, dating back to the early twentieth century. The surface of this ring is studded with twenty rosette cut diamonds, for a total of about 4ct (!!!). The frame is made of 18K gold and silver, as is typical of the time, with the shoulders in the shape of a Florentine French lily. Particular element, which clearly shows the skilful workmanship performed on this ring, is the floral decoration engraved on the back of the ring
